Being from Ala Mhigo, Styx spent most of his childhood preparing to join the king's army. Training under his Father, Ardgar Frostwolf, he spent many late nights working with the spear and sword. At an early age he was enlisted into the Ala Mhigon army as a private, but quickly rose through the ranks due to his intelligence and ability for detail and strategy. Early on in his career, his thaumaturgy started to show, but his family tried to hide it for fear of the Mad King taking advantage, and advantage he did take. When the Garleans invaded Ala Mhigo, Styx and his family, Father, Mother, and little sister, all moved to Gridania, where Styx joined the Twin Adders. Being a powerful Black mage, having received a soul crystal from the King in an effort to sway Styx to his side, Styx rose in the Twin Adders fairly quickly. Having lost his father in an attack, and his mother and little sister in their home from bandits, Styx spent all his time with the military. Until his squad basically made him retire.Nowadays Styx can be found working on some new piece of furniture, concocting a few batches of some oil for massages or even wood varnish, or out doing random mercenary work to keep his mind at peace. After a particularly boring day, Styx found himself staring at an ad for a venue and decided to check it out. After spending a few days enjoying the nightlife, Styx decided to try and apply. Getting his first Job as a Greeter he worked and enjoyed every moment of it. Now you can find him in venues, working or behind his camera when he's not woodworking, brewing, or out on some dangerous mission when days get hard.
